Нет простора, низкие потолки...не побегать кругами, теснота.( Холодильник не должен вплотную стоять к стенам или он сломается, там нужно минимум 5 см от стенок. Балкон к чему? Итак лужайка есть перед домом.

Hi from France...thé toilett in front of the kitchen aren t ok. Here we have separate toilet . It could be possible to do so as well since it needs 1meterx1meter room for the commodity. Also why not using the first story fully. The balcony would still have the same surface but stayed over a terrasse . Thèse are détails which give more space though. Cuté still. Let s dream of another world..

Why would you have a sofa blocking your windows & facing away so you can't see out the windows, horrible space planning.

Yes, the microwave is in a dangerous spot. Above the fridge should be a cupboard and where the kitchen cupboards are should have a space for the microwave. Steps down from the back door would be a plus and an awning to block rain. Otherwise, very nice! ☺️

Kitchens could use more cabinets. Ditch the range hood it's huge for the kitchen put in a convection microwave instead. I put a gas fireplace instead of the wood fireplace.
